If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days or store credit within 90 days.

    • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    • Include original tags, packaging, and order receipt
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund
    • Returns are accepted within 90 days of original purchase date for store credit

    How do I initiate a return or exchange?

    Send an email to chris@napoleonandco.com with the following information:

    • Specify Order number - Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit in the email header (e.g. {ORDER # - Refund})
    • A short description describing your reason for return

    Note: It is unnecessary to use special packaging for returns or exchanges, but know that our shipping boxes are constructed to be reused to withstand rough handling. Any mail carrier of your choosing will work. We'll provide a return postage via email when requested.

      What can I exchange?

      You may request an exchange for items of the same style in a different size if available and in stock within 30 days of the original purchase date.

      Gift items may be exchanged by the recipient for store credit with original proof of purchase.

      Returns for gifted items will be issued to the original form of payment.

      Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original packaging and tags.

      When will I get my refund?

      Refunds usually take about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.

      How will I receive my refund?

      1) By default, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (2-3 weeks processing)

      2) Issued as an eGift card via e-mail (Immediate processing)
